— Technical Capability

Process depth. Internal validation. Specification delivered.

Fiber selection, architecture modeling, and validation testing are performed in-house. The specification that passes qualification is the one that ships.

/ Internal Competency

Fiber selection through validation: one discipline

Architecture modeling begins at the load case, not the catalog. We define fiber geometry, weave parameters, and laminate sequencing before any material is committed to production.

Validation testing is conducted on internal rigs calibrated to application-specific boundary conditions. No qualification data is generated by third-party labs under generic protocols.

Prototype to Production

Continuity from first sample to full run

Prototype tooling and production tooling share the same parameter set. Dimensional tolerances, resin ratios, and weave density are locked at qualification—not re-derived at scale.

Manufacturing infrastructure spans fiber preparation, controlled-environment lamination, and in-line tensile monitoring. Each stage feeds back into the specification record.

Engagement Model

Every engagement begins with your load case

We do not quote fiber without understanding the application. Submit your constraint parameters and we return a specification framework—not a brochure.
